To ensure that the Platinum Star Hotel has Publicness and provides a safe and comfortable stay to our guests, the following rules need to be followed.

Not abiding by the following rules may lead to the cancellation of the stay or refusal to use the hotel facilities. Moreover, if the damage happened to any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel during your stay, our Hotel reserves the right to charge you the full cost of the damages.

1. Do not use the guest rooms for purposes other than intended without authorization.

2. Do not light a fire in the passage or guest rooms for heating or cooking.

3. Do not bring or act the following inside the hotel

3.1. No weapons like Guns, Swords are not allowed.
3.2. No pets
3.3. No Smoking
3.4. No Smelly Food
3.5. No Drugs

4. Please keep your valuable and cash with you. We are not responsible for your personal belonging.

5. Any lost and damages in the room will be charged accordingly.

6. Any personal meetings should be held in the 1st floor lobby only.

7. The facility in the guest rooms are strictly meant for the guests staying in the Hotel. Hence, the use of the facilities and equipment by the outsiders is strictly prohibited.
